Humani HR, a dynamic remote-first HR firm, seeks an HR Business Partner to guide client organizations through people challenges. You will diagnose needs, design policies, and deliver HR services that drive results, influencing CEOs and senior leaders with clear, practical advice across multiple states.

In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, build trusted relationships, develop HR roadmaps, and support payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Professional HR designation preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment law across multiple states (CA/NY preferred).
• Self-motivated, with proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HRBP for assigned client accounts, addressing a wide range of HR needs.
• Develop HR policies and programs from ground up and create HR roadmaps.
• Lead client meetings, diagnose challenges, and present credible recommendations.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and payroll considerations.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure high-quality, compliant service.
• Collaborate with Generalists and senior HRBPs to optimize client service.
