Job summary

Cribl is seeking a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and accelerate revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, collaborating with sellers and GTM leaders to turn insights into actions that close deals.

This hands-on role requires deep technical fluency, experience turning CUJ/JTBD insights into practical workflows, and a builder mindset. You’ll work in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Systems, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to define vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for GTM AI products.
• Strong technical fluency across CRM, data models, integrations, APIs, workflow orchestration, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI in partnership with GTM leaders, sellers, and technical stakeholders.
• Own a clear program area with end-to-end accountability for discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
• Apply CUJ and JTBD thinking to identify seller friction, prioritize opportunities, and design intuitive workflows.
• Lead discovery with sellers and GTM stakeholders to understand real needs, validate problems, and translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Move ideas from concept to prototype to production, using rapid experimentation and user feedback to iterate toward product-market fit within GTM.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on user value, sales productivity impact, business outcomes, adoption potential, data quality, risk, and delivery complexity.
