Job summary

Cribl is hiring a GTM AI Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered experiences that boost sales productivity and revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, working directly with sellers and GTM leaders to reduce admin work and accelerate deals.

The role requires translating CUJ/JTBD insights into effective AI-driven workflows, balancing technical depth with practical UX, and delivering measurable business impact in a remote-first, international environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management, Revenue Operations, or related GTM function in B2B SaaS.
Experience owning product vision, roadmap, launches, and adoption metrics.
Strong understanding of CUJ and JTBD frameworks and seller workflows.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI.
Own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, delivery, and adoption metrics.
Lead governance, measurement, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
Collaborate with sellers and GTM leaders to translate insights into requirements.
