Job summary

G-P is seeking a Benefits Operations Manager to streamline our benefits delivery, maintain SOPs, and ensure data accuracy and billing integrity for professionals and customers. You will partner with Product to implement benefit setups in our customer-facing platform, oversee enrollment, and resolve complex benefits issues, delivering exceptional support globally.

Responsibilities

• Streamline benefits operations workflows into centralized, efficient processes.
• Define, document, and maintain SOPs and workflows for all benefits operations.
• Oversee data management and reconciliation for professionals.
• Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, including manual support when needed.
• Manage vouchers not reported through payroll.
• Handle general inquiries from professionals and customers regarding benefits.
• Address and resolve complex benefits issues and escalations.
• Conduct benefit plan comparisons for customers and potential customers.
• Ensure billing data accuracy in our platform and collaborate with Product on changes.
• Capture updated payroll and billing data in the platform for renewals.
• Support the implementation of new benefit rollouts.
• Effectively communicate benefits changes to customers and professionals.
