Job summary

Rippling is seeking a senior leader to manage a global team of Ben Admin product specialists, driving adoption of Benefits products, including BenAdmin, Flex, and COBRA/ACA. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with GTM and Product, with a focus on building scalable processes and high‑standards leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years implementing SaaS, 5+ years in Benefits Administration, and proven team management skills, capable of guiding complex multi‑stakeholder programs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing SaaS products.
• 5+ years in Benefits Administration (BenAdmin) implementations preferred.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong prioritization and time management in multi-facet roles.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a global team of Ben Admin product specialists.
• Drive an implementation team to meet productivity, project completions, exit gates, CSAT.
• Design and revise documentation to set the team up for success.
• Streamline Direct and Broker BenAdmin implementation experiences.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and sales to build BenAdmin qualification processes.
• Support Global BenAdmin product launches with customer education content and playbooks.
• Be the CX voice for Benefits (US and Global) and contribute to product improvements.
• Coordinate with insurance ops, product, and engineering to fix bugs and launch features.
