Job summary

Intuit is seeking a manager of Global Benefits Processes and Operations to lead a multi-geography benefits function. You will collaborate with HRIS, payroll, legal, tax, shared services, and vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience across enrollment, data integrity, and annual changes.

You will guide a team to optimize benefits administration, implement new vendors, and drive process improvements and AI-enabled efficiencies while ensuring accurate payroll deductions and data flows.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in global benefits operations across US healthcare and international benefits
• Experience leading vendor transitions, plan design changes, and complex multi-stakeholder implementations
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate across HRIS, payroll, tax, shared services, communications
• Experience managing outsourced benefits administration vendors and performance management
• Expertise in process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled efficiency in benefits operations
• Strong people leadership with a track record of developing team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating operational complexity for non-specialists

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing global benefits operations team
• Serve as deep SME on benefits operations and implementations
• Ensure excellence in day-to-day benefits operations and payroll deductions
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for outsourced benefits administration
• Lead annual enrollment, coordinating systems updates, testing, timelines and communications
• Oversee data integration across benefits systems, HRIS and payroll
• Develop playbooks, controls, and sustainable operating protocols
• Lead benefits-related M&A activities including vendor transitions and integrations
• Implement benefit enhancements and vendor changes with cross-functional alignment
• Contribute to Benefits roadmap by identifying bottlenecks and proposing design improvements
• Lead data warehouse operationalization and dashboard/reporting for program effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled improvements
