Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee daily benefits operations and supervise the benefits coordinator. You will work closely with field HR Business Partners and third-party administrators to resolve escalated benefits issues and ensure high-quality service.

You will lead annual open enrollment, maintain benefits documentation, and provide guidance on 401(k) and paid time off programs. A strong background in health, welfare, and retirement benefits is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Benefits management experience.
• Experience with Workday Absence or Benefitsolver preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR/Benefits certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day benefits operations and support the SVP of Employee Benefits.
• Supervise the benefits coordinator and ensure high-quality service to field HRBPs.
• Collaborate with third-party administrators to resolve escalated benefits issues.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, eligibility, and payroll/HRIS transactions.
• Lead annual open enrollment across multiple locations and maintain documentation.
