The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits within US PEO services, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English. The position offers flexibility to work from anywhere and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, ideally within US PEO services.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Remote experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits plans.
• Process and resolve tickets in Zendesk/e‑mail.
• Execute data-related tasks carefully and precisely.
• Collaborate effectively within the Benefits team.
