Legends Global is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee day-to-day benefits operations, supervise the benefits coordinator, and collaborate with third-party administrators across multiple locations. The role ensures accurate enrollment, effective benefits communication, and compliance with retirement and welfare programs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of benefits management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Workday Absence and Benefitsolver.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of benefits management experience required
• HR/Benefits certification a plus
• Experience with Workday Absence and Benefitsolver highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college is preferred
• Knowledge of 401(k) programs and benefits compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day benefits processes in support of the SVP of Employee Benefits
• Supervise the benefits coordinator and ensure high-quality service to HRBPs and field locations
• Coordinate with third-party administrators to resolve enrollment, eligibility, and benefits issues
• Lead annual open enrollment for Health & Welfare and communicate plan changes
• Maintain benefits documentation, rates, and eligibility, incl. union benefits where applicable
• Support 401(k) loans, distributions, and annual audits
• Assist with onboarding transitioning employees to benefits and provide orientation as needed
• Travel as needed to support on/offboarding at venues
