Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Principal Alliances Manager to own and expand its global strategic relationship with Accenture. You will drive multi-year joint plans, co-innovation, and go-to-market execution across regions, services lines, and industries.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in alliances or business development within cybersecurity or OT/ICS, with a proven track record of large partnerships and executive relationship ownership, delivering measurable revenue and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of alliances, partner management, or business development experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, cloud, or OT/ICS sectors.
• Proven success leading and scaling large GSI/global partnerships with executive relationship ownership.
• Track record building and executing co-sell, co-delivery, and co-innovation programs driving revenue.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity technologies into consulting and managed services portfolios, ideally OT/ICS.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship and overall strategy for the global Accenture partnership.
• Develop and execute a multi-year joint business plan aligning Dragos and Accenture priorities.
• Drive co-innovation of products and services embedding Dragos capabilities into Accenture offerings.
• Lead global go-to-market and co-marketing motions to generate partner-sourced revenue.
• Oversee messaging, positioning, pipeline development, account alignment, and forecasting.
• Lead enablement to ensure Accenture teams are trained and equipped to sell Dragos-powered services.
• Drive multi-partner ecosystem collaboration with cloud providers and other partners.
• Collaborate with Dragos leadership to align strategy, investments, and success metrics.
