Job summary

Dragos, a leader in OT cybersecurity, seeks a Director of Product Management to own strategy and delivery across the Dragos Platform portfolio. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, and CX to deliver differentiated, high-impact products globally.

You will mentor a team of product managers, embed customer discovery throughout the lifecycle, and champion AI-enabled capabilities to address threats in critical infrastructure sectors, with travel ~15% for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise-scale B2B cybersecurity product management with 4+ years in people management
• Experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity or OT/ICS industries
• Experience owning MDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and cloud/SaaS product areas
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered capabilities with data science collaboration
• Experience bringing new products to Global 2000 organizations across geographies
• Proven ability to mentor and grow product managers
• Strong customer discovery, strategic prioritization, and cross-functional alignment
• Experience gathering requirements with customers, Sales, CX, and UX
• Experience with customers in critical infrastructure sectors is a plus
• Proven ability to define and track product KPIs and communicate outcomes in business terms
• Ability to present roadmaps and business cases to senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel ~15% for customer meetings and events

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy execution across all Dragos Platform areas with clear accountability for outcomes
• Oversee capabilities feeding Dragos Intelligence Fabric, including OT telemetry, adversary research, and asset data
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team
• Partner with customers, design partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value problems
• Embed customer discovery and validation throughout the product lifecycle
• Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning and cross-functional forums
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize delivery and ensure quality, timely execution
• Drive go-to-market readiness with Sales, Marketing, and CX, including launches and POCs
• Foster an outcome-driven culture focused on customer and business results
• Monitor OT market trends, competitive intel, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
