Job summary

Dragos, Inc. seeks a Principal Alliances Manager to own and expand the global Accenture partnership, shaping strategy, co‑innovation, and go‑to‑market execution. You will drive joint value creation across Dragos and Accenture, aligning offerings and revenue opportunities in OT/ICS and cybersecurity.

You will lead executive relationships, multi‑year business planning, and enablement to sell, deliver, and scale Dragos-powered services through Accenture-led delivery models worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in alliances, partner management, or business development in cybersecurity, enterprise software, cloud, or OT/ICS.
• Experience with Accenture: service lines, structure, and global execution model.
• Proven success leading co-sell, co-delivery, and co-innovation programs driving revenue.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity tech into consulting and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship and strategy for the global Accenture partnership.
• Develop and execute a multi-year joint business plan across industries, regions, service lines.
• Drive co-innovation and embed Dragos capabilities into Accenture offerings.
• Lead go-to-market and co-marketing to generate partner-sourced revenue.
• Oversee joint messaging, pipeline, and forecasting across Accenture practices.
• Lead enablement ensuring Accenture teams can sell and scale Dragos services.
• Collaborate with Dragos and Accenture leadership to align strategy and metrics.
