Job summary

Dragos is seeking an Associate Principal Technical Account Manager for CONUS to serve as a trusted technical advisor to federal clients across the lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption and measurable value of Dragos solutions.

You will translate complex OT use cases into practical outcomes, collaborate across teams, and travel up to 30% to engage regional stakeholders and deliver executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in OT environments with ICS/SCADA/DCS knowledge.
• 1+ year in a cybersecurity engineering or SOC role in critical infra.
• Strong ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts including risk and threat scenarios.
• Familiar with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic) and IR workflows.
• Experience in customer-facing or post-sales technical support.
• Able to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advocate for assigned federal customers.
• Guide operationalization and integration of Dragos solutions in workflows.
• Lead account reviews, roadmap alignment, and platform optimization.
• Monitor health/adoption metrics and plan get-well actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
• Deliver OT cybersecurity trainings and executive briefings; travel up to 30%.
