Job summary

Enumerate is seeking a Manager of Customer Onboarding to lead a team of onboarding specialists while directly supporting key client projects. This remote role is based in the United States and operates on EST hours.

You will mentor the team, monitor performance, drive process improvements, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and measurable customer success standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SaaS onboarding or related experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of onboarding managers to meet performance goals.
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure timely milestones and smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align efforts.
• Act as escalation point for onboarding challenges and drive process improvements.
