Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop clear project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely implementation.
• Guide clients throughout onboarding journey and proactively manage expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality onboarding.
