Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Project Management, Client Onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementations.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream client implementations or enterprise-level onboarding projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for high-value or complex clients, overseeing timelines and scope.
• Oversee program-level coordination where multiple workstreams and dependencies must be tightly managed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, driving collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
• Coordinate multiple internal workstreams (CRM, Data, Marketing, Digital, Support, etc.) to ensure deliverables are aligned and dependencies are managed.
• Facilitate client-facing status meetings, internal check-ins, and milestone reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
• Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, and cross-functional blockers before they impact project timelines.
