Job summary

Addison Group seeks a Client Success Manager to support onboarding, implementation, and long-term success of enterprise clients in a remote U.S. role.

You will be the primary post-sale contact, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in client-facing roles, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or related client-facing role.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and other teams.
• Facilitate client meetings, status updates, and business reviews.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to maintain timelines and satisfaction.
• Coordinate account lifecycle activities including onboarding, expansions, renewals, and changes.
• Maintain organized client documentation across internal systems.
• Use CRM and project management platforms to manage workflows and reporting.
• Prepare client-facing presentations, onboarding materials, and training docs.
• Support user adoption and ongoing success initiatives.
• Identify improvements to processes and documentation.
