Job summary

Edmentum is seeking an Instructional Services Partnership Manager for the Western Region, covering Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Washington. The role focuses on expanding EdOptions Academy reach, managing a defined territory, and delivering innovative solutions to educators and students.

You will identify opportunities, grow relationships, and drive the full sales cycle with autonomy. A bachelor’s degree and experience selling to government/education verticals are preferred, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling into government and/or education verticals.
• Background in software, hardware, or high-tech sales.
• Excellent communicator and presenter.
• Proficient with business tools and technical product demonstrations.
• Consultative seller who translates customer needs into solutions.
• Customer-focused with strong relationships.
• Knowledgeable about industry, market, and competition.
• Able to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through strategic networking and outreach.
• Grow and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and account expansion.
• Execute the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with autonomy and expertise.
• Stay ahead of market trends, funding options, and product enhancements to position EdOptions Academy solutions competitively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that inspire confidence in our products.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve territory objectives.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all sales processes, leveraging CRM tools for tracking and forecasting.
