Job summary

Really Great Reading is seeking a Regional Sales Partner to expand our national footprint in education. You’ll own the Mountain West territory, build district relationships, and drive annual bookings while aligning with MTSS and literacy outcomes.

This role is fully remote and strongly prefers candidates based in Utah or Colorado. This is a data-driven sales leadership position requiring travel up to 50%, collaboration with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education sales.
• 3+ years quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales with annual quota attainment.
• Experience with HubSpot, forecasting tools, deal management, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mountain West territory across UT, CO, NV, NM, AZ, MT, WY, and ID.
• Source 70% of pipeline through self-generated outbound activity and generate ~25 qualified meetings per month and $600k-$1M quarterly pipeline.
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers across 50 Strategic Districts.
• Deliver compelling presentations remotely, at customer locations, and at events.
• Manage pricing, procurement, proposals, and contracting to progress opportunities to close.
• Maintain CRM (HubSpot) accuracy >95% and deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
• Partner with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams to close complex deals.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory for client visits and industry events.
