Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager at a US publicly registered company.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient with accounting software and Excel.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage consolidated financial reporting and balance sheet analytics.
• Oversee accounting for capitalized software under US GAAP.
• Manage intercompany accounting and monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Lead revenue accounting and close processes; ensure policy compliance.
• Strengthen the global control environment and drive SOX compliance.
• Mentor and develop team members; collaborate with other departments.
