Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking an Accounting Manager for the North America Controllership team. You will own defined accounting processes for US, Mexico, and Canadian entities, driving monthly/quarterly reporting and process improvements.

Requirements include 7–10+ years in accounting, CPA (or CMA pursuing), and strong SAP/Microsoft skills. This remote NA role offers cross-border collaboration and significant visibility.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing-focused accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience owning functional areas or legal entities in a public company.
• Strong internal controls and audit environment experience.
• Deep knowledge of Leases, Capital Assets/Impairment, and Inventory.
• Familiarity with North American indirect tax requirements.
• Ambitious with initiative and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft products and SAP experience.
• Interest in leveraging AI/automation for accounting efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA required or CMA/candidates pursuing CPA will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations for NA manufacturing entities and related areas.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable work plans with timelines.
• Serve as primary accounting contact for the business with insights on transactions and results.
• Oversee application of accounting policy and judgments across North America.
• Drive redesigns and automation to scale process maturity and efficiency.
• Ensure consistent application of internal controls and governance across the region.
• Provide direction and growth opportunities to team members as an IC.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors in North America.
