Job summary

VistaPrint, a Cimpress company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the Corporate Accounting team. You will lead consolidated financial reporting, oversee capitalized software accounting, and supervise intercompany processes to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting and SOX compliance.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and partner with internal/external audit teams to maintain strong controls and timely financial closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA certification required.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience in US public company.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage consolidated financial reporting and balance sheet analysis.
• Oversee accounting for capitalized software per US GAAP.
• Manage accounting for unique contracts and partnerships under US GAAP.
• Lead revenue accounting and monthly/quarterly close processes.
• Supervise intercompany accounting and intercompany allocations.
• Identify process improvements in accounting close cycles.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.
• Maintain SOX compliance and strengthen global control environment.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.
