Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking an Accounting Manager for the North America Controllership team, a remote-first role coordinating US, Mexico, and Canadian manufacturing entities. You will own end-to-end accounting processes, manage monthly/quarterly closings, and drive process maturity through automation and standardization.

The role requires 7–10+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, CPA certification, and strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with understanding of COGS, Inventory, PP&E, Shipping, and Labor accounting.
• 7–10+ years of accounting experience, including ownership of functional areas or legal entities and leading junior team members.
• Public company background with robust internal control and audit environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations for US, Mexico, and Canadian entities.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable work plans with timelines.
• Serve as primary accounting contact for your area and provide insights on key transactions.
• Oversee accounting policy application and judgments across North America.
• Drive automation and process standardization to scale maturity.
• Ensure consistent internal controls and governance in the region.
• Provide direction and mentorship to team members as an individual contributor.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for NA.
