Job summary

VistaPrint’s Finance Organization seeks an Accounting Manager to lead consolidated financial reporting, revenue accounting, intercompany activities, and global controls within the Controllership team. You will oversee complex transactions to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual results and cooperate with internal and external auditors to uphold policy and SOX.

Candidates should be analytical and proactive, driving process improvements, mentoring staff, and enabling efficient close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• CPA certification required.
• Experience in US GAAP and financial reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated financial reporting and balance sheet analytics.
• Oversee revenue accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Manage capitalized software accounting per US GAAP.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance across reporting.
• Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
