Adlook, a remote-first adtech company, is seeking a senior sales/BD leader to drive client acquisition for the SMART DSP and spearhead the Canada market entry. You will build and nurture relationships with agencies and brands, shaping cross-functional initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of adtech experience including DSP/SSP/measurement or ad serving.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with a proven track record in growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition for Adlook SMART DSP and lead Canada market entry.
• Lead RFI processes and cross-functional projects while building agency/brand relationships.
• Implement cross-selling and evangelize Adlook's values and USPs across the region.
