Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is sourcing a Global Head of Sales for an established, profitable AdTech/SaaS business. You will own revenue targets, drive international growth, and lead a global sales team in collaboration with the CRO, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Product.

The role focuses on building relationships with ad networks, publishers, exchanges, SSPs and DSPs, expanding into new markets, and driving overall commercial performance in a fully remote, distributed global setup.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and drive overall commercial performance.
• Support and develop a global sales team and align with CRO on process improvements.

• Build relationships with key ecosystem partners (ad networks, publishers, exchanges, SSPs, DSPs).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales and Product to close complex technology opportunities and scale the function.
