You will lead the DSP leadership team, design scalable processes, and communicate results to a top-level audience. The role emphasizes growth, strategy, and measurable performance across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience leading large scale DSP teams, portfolios, or business units.
• Deep expertise in Amazon DSP strategy, execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
• Proven fluency in Amazon Marketing Cloud and AMC integrations and insights.
• Experience owning a departmental P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margins.
• Strong cross functional leadership with Sales, Operations, Creative, Finance and executives.
• Ability to build, lead, and develop high performing teams and leadership layers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall performance, profitability, scalability, and growth of the DSP division.
• Set the long term DSP vision, service roadmap, pricing, and growth plan.
• Drive revenue growth, performance improvements, and client retention across the portfolio.
• Identify underperforming areas and resolve issues before they impact clients.
• Lead the DSP leadership team and design scalable systems and processes.
• Communicate results to executive leadership and translate data into strategic decisions.
