MVB Financial Corp. seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead the Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics for its Fintech division. You will own profitability models, pricing frameworks, and quarterly forecasts, partnering with senior leaders in Business Development and the Chief Deposit Officer.

You will develop methodologies, evaluate client engagements, and guide negotiations with external partners while ensuring alignment with MVB's strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires 7+ years of relevant experience in banking and fintech.
• Strong ability to build complex financial models and scenarios.
• Deep understanding of pricing, deposits, and earnings concepts.
• Familiarity with BaaS and payments business models.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including methodologies and thresholds.
• Develop financial models to assess client profitability and drive recommendations.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across all components and terms.
• Lead Finance reviews and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Coordinate with senior leaders on pricing and strategic direction.
• Maintain profitability reports and monthly forecasts.
