Job summary

Kadima Payments seeks driven Account Executives to build recurring income by helping businesses optimize payments. This is 100% commission with no base salary, remote work with market field activity, and multiple openings across the United States.

You’ll develop pipelines, manage opportunities end-to-end, and coordinate with operations through underwriting and deployment, earning ongoing residuals from active accounts. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• B2B outside-sales experience preferred.
• Merchant-services or payment-processing sales experience advantageous.
• Experience selling FinTech, SaaS or related services.
• Existing network of business owners or referral partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect businesses that may benefit from Kadima’s solutions.
• Build a pipeline through networking, referrals, outreach and visits.
• Conduct discovery around merchant needs, volume and current provider.
• Explain payment solutions in clear business terms.
• Identify opportunities involving payments, POS, invoicing and recurring billing.
• Present proposals and manage pricing/risk expectations.
• Coordinate with operations through underwriting and deployment.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunity stages.
• Support merchant relationships after activation.
• Develop referral networks with accountants, consultants and software providers.
