Finix is hiring an Account Executive III/IV to manage the complete sales cycle for its fintech payments products. You will engage with founders and C-level leaders, driving strategy and close rates while coordinating with product, operations, and payments teams.

You will develop relationships across finance, operations, and technology, and play a key role in refining our ICP. This remote role offers a competitive base salary, equity, and benefits, with earning potential aligned to performance.

Formación

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• 3+ years of experience in a consultative SaaS or payments selling environment.
• 1+ years of experience in fintech or payments, ideally selling to merchants.
• Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, and other sales tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from hunting/discovery to close for direct merchants.
• Develop relationships with executives and stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
• Share prospect feedback with cross-functional teams and refine the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Contribute to team projects to develop and refine sales processes and playbooks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and operations.
• Work with Implementation, Product, and Payment Ops to ensure long-term customer success.
