Job summary

FINN is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to sustain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries through phone and digital channels. You will collaborate with the Customer Service team and your lead to address issues, document recurrent problems, and deliver timely follow-ups across LINE, Facebook, and Email.

The role is fully remote with a rotating shift schedule, offering 7-hour shifts and guaranteed minimum hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service (Thai & English).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers through phone and tickets via LINE / Facebook / Email daily.
• Clarify complaints, determine causes, explain best solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide management with recurrent issues to drive long-term fixes and prevent recurrence.
• Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
