Job summary

Finom, a European fintech, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver an outstanding, trust-building customer experience across phone, chat, and email. You will handle high-impact issues, build rapport, and own outcomes.

This is 100% remote in the EU, with up to €24,000 gross base plus a 15% bonus, stock options, and a Work & Swim Cyprus perk. Fluent Dutch or German required; 6+ months customer care experience; fast-paced scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wow customer experience across phone, chat, and email.
• Build genuine rapport with customers in difficult situations.
• Actively listen to understand needs and root causes.
• Explain situations clearly and empathetically.
• Take ownership and drive quick resolutions.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and documented.
• Turn dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
