Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system, is expanding its SME & Growth team in the US. This remote role targets US-based ecommerce, SaaS, and tech-enabled businesses, guiding deals from discovery to onboarding and early success.

You’ll translate complex fintech into clear business value and own revenue growth with cross-functional collaboration. You'll thrive if you have 2+ years in fintech sales, a track record of hitting targets, and experience selling to SME or growth companies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fintech sales orFinance-department selling.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical/solution-based environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, or subscription businesses, or finance teams.
• Consistent pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management for SME and Growth customers.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s fintech suite around customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology teams to move opportunities forward and support strong outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at events, and maintaining high performance.
