Airwallex is seeking a results-driven Senior Fintech Sales professional to expand our SME & Growth footprint in the US. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—driving revenue growth and delivering tangible financial value to customers.

You'll build expertise across payments, cross-border, and spend management while collaborating with legal, finance, and product teams to close opportunities and support customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, or subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams, or other technology-enabled/professional services businesses.
• Consistent track record of pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at industry events, and setting a high standard through performance and teamwork.
