Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a highly motivated fintech sales professional to expand our SME & Growth footprint across the US. You will own the entire sales cycle, translate complex financial technology into clear business value, and drive revenue growth with strategic, consultative selling.

You will build expertise in payments, cross-border, billing, and spend management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to win opportunities and help customers scale globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in full-cycle fintech or finance-department sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical/solution-based environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, subscription, or spend-management businesses.
• Strong pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments, cross-border, billing, and spend management for SME/Growth customers.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex's fintech suite around clear business value.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, strategy, and tech partners to advance opportunities.
• Improve the sales motion by developing verticals, documenting practices, and representing Airwallex at events.
