Airwallex is seeking a US-focused SME & Growth Sales professional to expand our footprint. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success—translating complex financial technology into clear business value.

This remote role is open to candidates in the Eastern Time Zone (excluding NYC). A track record of hitting targets in fintech or payments, CRM skills (Salesforce), and a consultative, self-motivated mindset

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical/solution-based environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, spend management, or professional services sectors.
• Consistent pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s fintech suite around clear customer value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology teams to move opportunities forward and support outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing verticals, documenting best practices, and representing Airwallex at events.
