Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a FinOps Analyst for the US to join our global FinOps team. You will monitor the end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, support liquidity management, and collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Product to resolve issues. This remote role supports EST/CST-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Zendesk experience in a Customer Support or FinOps role.
• Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and tendency towards a documented approach.
• A strong team player who thrives in working in close collaboration with other teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, handle inquiries and detect exceptions from data reports and dashboards.
• Utilize Zendesk to manage FinOps requests; proficient in Triggers, Tagging, Routing Queues, and Macros.
• Support daily safeguarding obligations across multiple Airwallex entities.
• Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds and liquidity management.
• Maintain the knowledge base and refine SOPs; identify opportunities for automation.
• Build data-oriented performance metrics and QA framework to monitor risks and defects.
• Set up compliant reporting data capabilities based on regulatory and third-party requirements.
