Airwallex, a global payments platform, is hiring for a Financial Partnerships Operations role based in New York, NY. You will support day-to-day operations with banking partners and drive scalable processes across onboarding, due diligence, and expansion.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to implement changes, monitor regulatory requirements, and deliver clear partner reports to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in financial services, fintech, payments, banking operations or related fields.
• Strong project-management and ability to improve processes and workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel/Looker/Sheets for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support operations for Financial Partnerships across onboarding, due diligence, integration, and expansion.
• Track rules, scheme requirements, and changes affecting banks and payment providers.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency and implement best practices.
• Triage partner escalations and coordinate with product, engineering, and ops teams.
• Produce reports on partner health, progress, and risk for leadership and partners.
