Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a Leasing and Financing Specialist to scale and lead digital transformation financing solutions. The role involves tailoring and presenting financing options to customers, driving pipeline growth, and collaborating across Sales, Partners, Operations, and Credit to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leasing/finance sales experience, strong negotiation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Leasing or equipment finance sales required.
• As-a-Service Business Models knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced sales negotiation, and deal closing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel within a team sales approach.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Strong knowledge of equipment/service and consumption financing products as well as industry standards and regulations.
• Firm grasp of PV calculations, financial analysis and lease/finance pricing.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales organization to identify financing / leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate with white label / third party banks that support Extreme Capital Solutions Customers.
• Maintain accurate sales cycle via SFDC and pipeline management.
• Facilitate sales meetings and presentations where required.
• Provide relevant feedback from clients to Sales, Credit, Channel and Syndication Partners.
• Collaborate with the Extreme Capital Solutions Operations Team to ensure transactions meet all Commercial Equipment Finance underwriting and documentation requirements.
• Proactively offer ideas and suggestions for process improvements and Sales materials.
• Meet Sales goals as determined by management.
