Ingram Micro, a leading technology company, is seeking a Finance/Leasing Specialist to support the end-to-end financing lifecycle. The role involves processing contracts, funding, invoicing, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams and reseller partners in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in finance/leasing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years of position specific work experience within the finance and/or leasing industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as web-based business platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Development teams to support finance and leasing transactions.
• Manage financing transactions from contract execution through funding completion.
• Coordinate order placement activities following execution of customer financing agreements.
• Collect, review, and process invoices to ensure timely funding and payment.
• Generate and analyze reports to support operational performance and transaction tracking.
• Perform administrative and portfolio management activities associated with transaction processing.
