Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP, a full-service litigation and business law firm, seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to support the Associate Director of Financial Reporting & Analytics. You will lead Financial Analysts, oversee reporting deliverables, and drive firmwide insights with dashboards and analytics.

This role requires strong SQL, Excel, Power BI, SSRS, and at least 5 years of managerial experience in a professional services context.

Qualifications

4-year degree in Finance required; Industry certifications preferred or combination of commensurate educational and professional experience.
5 years’ managerial experience leading a team within a law firm preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and develop Financial Analysts; oversee workload prioritization and performance.
Assist in firmwide financial reporting and leadership materials.
Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and data accuracy across systems.
Prepare partner statistics and reports for compensation leadership.
Coordinate budget and forecasting process; analyze revenue/expense projections.
Translate strategic initiatives into measurable metrics and track performance.
Oversee external surveys and internal data quality checks.
Support year-end reporting, tax schedules, and audits by the FA team.
