Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the FA team and oversee firm-wide financial reporting and analysis. You will develop dashboards, drive accuracy, and contribute to executive materials, collaborating across offices and practice groups to translate strategic initiatives into measurable metrics.

The role requires 4-year Finance degree, 5+ years of managerial experience in a law or professional services setting, and strong Excel/Power BI skills; remote work option

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance or related field required; certifications preferred.
• 5 years’ managerial experience leading a team within a professional services firm preferred.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and develop solutions.
• SQL proficiency required; strong data extraction and DW understanding.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience; SSRS familiarity.
• Excellent written and oral communication; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Financial Analysts; oversee workload prioritization and performance.
• Assist in firmwide financial and statistical reporting and leadership materials.
• Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and data platforms; ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare partner statistics and support compensation leadership with reports.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and internal target analysis.
• Lead critical financial analysis for decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Support year-end reporting, tax schedules, audits, and data validation.
