Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the Financial Reporting & Analytics team and support the Associate Director. You will oversee reporting deliverables, manage a team of Financial Analysts, and build analytic tools to provide firmwide insights.

The role involves coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics across offices, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Four-year finance degree required; certifications preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with data extraction and enterprise data warehouse environments (ETL).
• SQL proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Financial Analysts; oversee workload, performance, and development.
• Lead firmwide financial and statistical reporting, including leadership and board materials.
• Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Prepare partner statistics and support budget/forecasting processes.
• Translate strategy into measurable metrics and monitor performance across units.
