Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in the United States is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the Firm’s financial reporting and analytics, overseeing the Financial Analyst team and delivering timely, accurate insights for leadership.

You will partner with the Associate Director to enhance reporting processes, build dashboards, manage budgets and forecasts, and translate strategic initiatives into measurable metrics across offices and SBUs.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance or related field.
• 5 years’ managerial experience in a law firm preferred.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and develop solutions.
• Proficiency in data extraction and enterprise data warehouse environments (ETL).
• SQL proficiency; advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SSRS.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Financial Analysts and oversee workload and performance.
• Assist in firmwide financial reporting, including leadership materials.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate budget and forecasting processes, including revenue/expense projections.
• Prepare ad hoc and client reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Support year-end reporting, tax schedules, audits, and balance sheet reviews.
• Collaborate to modernize reporting processes and improve efficiency.
