Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the FA team and manage firm-wide reporting and analytics. You will drive dashboards, partner statistics, and forecasting processes while collaborating with leadership across offices.

The role supports the Associate Director and may be filled remotely or at any firm location. A Finance degree and 5 years of managerial experience in a law firm are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with major coursework in Finance; certifications preferred.
• 5 years’ managerial experience leading a team within a law firm preferred.
• Ability to analyze information from various sources and translate into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data extraction and enterprise data warehouse environments; knowledge of budget platforms.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Financial Analysts; oversee workload prioritization and performance.
• Assist in firmwide financial and statistical reporting, including leadership materials.
• Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards; ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate budget/forecasting, revenue/expense projections, and internal target analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc and client-specific reporting to support leadership decisions.
