The role involves coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and producing partner statistics, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery across offices and SBUs.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year Finance degree, 5 years of managerial experience in a law firm, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and experience with Power BI and ETL processes.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance or related field is required.
• 5 years of managerial experience leading a team in a law firm is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data extraction is required.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are required; SSRS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Financial Analysts; oversee workload and performance.
• Oversee firmwide financial reporting, including monthly/annual leadership reports.
