Pavago is hiring a Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to manage multi-entity financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, detail, and proactive problem solving using QuickBooks and Google Sheets.

You will own reconciliations, prepare monthly reports, track expenses (CapEx and property-level) and ensure alignment across systems, with fully remote work during U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong Google Sheets skills with formulas and complex trackers.
• Experience performing financial reconciliations.
• Clear and professional English communication; available during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Build and maintain financial trackers in Google Sheets.
• Ensure consistency between accounting systems, reports, and supporting records.
• Provide leadership with accurate and organized financial information.
• Track property-level expenses, CapEx, interest, and other financial activity.
• Reconcile external records against internal financial data.
• Support resolution of transaction and payment discrepancies.
