Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to own month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting controls across multiple entities. This fully remote role reports to the VP of Accounting and offers a path toward Corporate Accounting Manager as the company scales toward $50M+ revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong multi-entity expertise, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience owning full month-end close and multi-entity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full month-end close across multiple entities and locations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and schedules.
• Manage P&L reporting by business unit.
• Investigate variances and unusual trends.
• Maintain reporting under U.S. GAAP.
