Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Financial Representative to support financial institution clients from a remote location within a 70-mile radius of Allen, TX, with hybrid options after training.

The role blends call-center style service with secure handling of customer information. You’ll assist customers, verify details before modifications, and work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays, with training 8 AM–5 PM CT for five weeks.

Qualifications

At least 18 months of experience in a call center, bank, or credit union.
Must be able to follow a published break and lunch schedule.
Proven ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Able to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers/members.
Must communicate clearly and understandably.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to our financial institution clients’ customers and members, similar to a personal banker over the phone.
Assess the nature of questions or issues and resolve promptly with guidance from clients.
Verify customer/member information prior to modifications or resets to ensure security.
Communicate needs/expectations to appropriate personnel and follow escalation procedures.
Participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality review sessions.
