Qualifications

• 18+ months experience in a financial institution (deposit ops, general ledger, or loan ops).
• Willingness to travel 50–60% for software implementations; 1–2 trips per month, 5–9 days each.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train on banking software including Loan Ops, General Ledger, and Deposit Ops.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and data conversions; deliver training on app functionality.
• Analyze customer processes and map to Jack Henry software solutions.
• Prepare clients for installation and guide setup; provide post-installation training and support.
• Oversee system setup tasks such as parameter configuration and job file creation.
